At BestStart Wales Street (formerly ABC Rangiora North) we are committed to working in partnership with our parents and whanau. We ensure a welcoming and friendly environment is maintained so families know they can come and watch their child play and chat to staff about their child.

We believe it is of the utmost importance to support the development of a child’s independence through critical thinking, problem solving, creating working theories, creativity and the ability to be responsible for their own thinking.

Each child’s preschool journey is represented and celebrated in a special achievement journal, which is sent home at the end of the child’s time at BestStart Wales Street to treasure.  We also communicate and share stories through Storypark. Parents and whanau are encouraged to contribute by sharing stories, experiences, photos and comments from home.
