BestStart Dannemora is a spacious, purpose-built centre with five different rooms, each tailored to meet the needs of children at different ages and stages of learning. We have age appropriate playgrounds for each age group which allows them to learn, play and develop at their own pace.

Stay and Play every Friday from 10-11am! Come along and join us for a cup of coffee while your child enjoys some fun arts and crafts activities - all welcome!

We believe that everyone attending our centre should feel welcome and have a great sense of belonging. Our centre philosophy promotes a strong sense of belonging and whanaungatanga. We believe every child is unique, strong and beautiful and has an innate desire to learn.

We encourage children to actively participate in their own learning, so they grow up as competent, confident learners and communicators. We provide opportunities for children to feel empowered and develop their mana so they can make a valued contribution to society.
